Spiral Hosting are constantly striving to provide the best web hosting service and support. In recent years our presence in Australia has grown; we now offer payment in Australian dollar, we are investing in cloud hosting infrastructure and we provide technical support here in Australia.
To continue improving, we have incorporated a new company for all our clients in Australia and New Zealand*. This email is a notification detailing the legal changes to our business.
We have incorporated a new company Spiral Hosting Pty. Limited, ABN 57 615 483 899. From 1 December 2016, your account will be transferred to the new company and all contractual documents will be updated accordingly.
Our registered office address is 77 Station Street, Malvern VIC 3144.
Importantly, we have a legal requirement to charge 10% GST to all clients in Australia. This will take effect from 1 December 2016. Please note our billing system generates renewal invoices 28 days in advance, so GST will appear on renewal invoices with a due date 29 December 2016 or later.
Going forward all Australian clients will be invoiced in AUD. If you hold an account in another currency, it will automatically be switched to Australian dollars on 1 December 2016.
*If you are located in New Zealand, your account will only be transferred to the new Australian company if you already hold an account in AUD.
All clients have the option to opt-out of this legal change and close your account, or provide a non-Australian address so you can maintain your account with our international business. We hope you decide to stay with our company, but please contact our support team with any queries.
